We are proud our dental fees are fair compensation for the quality of the service provided to our patients. They represent excellent value for your dental dollar.
When it comes to dental costs of any sort, none of us like surprises. We will inform you in advance of any treatment what the associated dental fees will be, providing the item numbers for each of the dental services quoted so that you can check your benefit entitlement with your dental insurer.
Dental Costs: You Are In Control
Once we have discussed and decided upon a dental treatment path with you, our next step will be to prioritise your treatment based on your needs and budget. We can break your treatment up to work at your pace and level of affordability.
Payments for dental services are due and payable at the time the services are provided, unless other arrangements are made in advance. Before commencing treatment we will make, discuss and confirm financial arrangements in a professional and confidential manner.
To make payments as convenient as possible we offer several payment methods. We have facilities that allow you to settle your account with most credit card, debit cards including EFTPOS or cash.
Dental Health Insurance Adelaide: On The Spot Claims
Our fees and treatments recommendations are exactly the same whether you have dental insurance or not. We recommend that you get to know your dental health insurance policy and your individual entitlements and we can work with you to schedule your treatment to make the most of your rebate and benefits.
Patients with dental insurance cover can also take advantage of Island Dental’s HiCaps system, which allows us to make your private health fund claim directly for you with your insurer at the time you are settling your account – this means you will only have to pay the gap.
